Back in 2008, when Bill Clinton was helping his Canadian buddy, Frank Giustra, secure uranium rights in Kazakhstan, the Kazakhstan media reported that Clinton hoped the international deal making would achieve a top objective by “leading the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe to confer legitimacy on Mr. Nazarbayev’s government.”  [i]

Why would the government of Kazakhstan need to achieve legitimacy in the eyes of the E.U.?  Probably because Kazakhstan is anything but a democracy and Nazarbayev is anything but a choir boy. But Kazakhstan has become a very important player in the elitist scheme to create a new world order.

Okay, I might jump around a bit, but stick with me here. Fast forward to recent New York Times headlines, where we learn that Bill Clinton’s help in securing a Canadian company’s rights to Kazakhstan’s uranium set the stage for granting Russia the rights to American uranium.  [ii]

“How can this be?” you ask, incredulous that authorities in the United States would be so stupid as to grant Russia a foothold on American soil and specifically, proprietary rights to the very material needed for nuclear energy and weapons.

Well, this is really a very simple process to understand, and one which the Clinton’s are experts at implementing.  It is called, “tit for tat”, or, “you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours”.  It’s really that simple.  But from the Clinton’s perspective, this type of deal making is much more than normal money grubbing.   It is NOT a coincidence that the Clinton’s so-called “charitable” foundation is called the CLINTON GLOBAL INITIATIVE.  [iii]

Now I’m certainly no expert on international agreements or global financial matters, but in my lifetime it has become quite obvious that the web of corporate entanglements has grown so powerful and far reaching that it has engulfed the whole planet.   It is not really all that surprising that we are learning about some of the darker strands of these entanglements through what has become known as “The Clinton Scandals”.

For those who don’t know anything about Kazakhstan’s importance in all this, let me just briefly bring you up to speed.   Nursultan Nazarbayev is the supreme leader of Kazakhstan. He has all the political power in that country, complete with a horrible track record of human rights abuses.  Ironically, Nazarbayev sees himself as a sort of “angel of light” and has been hosting the “Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions” summits for the past decade or so.  These summits are intended to create the basis for tolerance and understanding among the world’s divergent religions.  They are attended by, and taken very seriously by leaders of all of the world’s most influential religious institutions.

These summits take place in Astana, a city of architectural wonders Nazarbayev built to glorify himself in one of the most remote corners of the world.   Astana literally sprang up from the earth almost overnight, fueled by the enormous petroleum and natural resource wealth of this former Soviet state.

Now back to the Clintons and one of their top objectives, globalization.  The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, (OSCE), exists to create regional governance tied together by shared political interests and lucrative corporate deal making.  The OSCE’s motto is, “Security through Cooperation”. The OSCE works in very close partnership with the United Nations.  [iv]

Next week (May, 2015), top OSCE officials will meet with Ban Ki Moon in New York as all eyes are focused on easing tensions with Russia over the Ukraine crisis before the Post 2015 Sustainable Development summit kicks off in September.  The globalist elites don’t want any distractions from the upcoming P2015-SDA summit.  Pope Francis is scheduled to provide the opening remarks at the summit, and all of the world’s leaders are scheduled to be in attendance, including Obama, Putin, and of course, the Clintons.  The Pope will likely take the opportunity to chastise world leaders for their greed and other sins before giving his blessing on the proceedings.  It promises to be quite the spectacle.

I’ve already written about what that P2015-SDA will attempt to do, (i.e. remake the global financial system- which includes instituting a universal identification/tracking system for all human beings/financial transactions, and increasing public/private global entanglements/cooperation), so I won’t repeat myself here.  But some folks might also want to know how Nazarbayev’s World Congress of Religions fits into this global schematic. Read on.

Over 500 representatives from all the world’s major religions are members of an entity officially called, “The Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions”, which convenes in a giant black pyramid called the “Palace of Peace and Harmony” (or “Understanding” or “Reconciliation” depending on the translation) in Astana, Kazakhstan. [v]    Global political leaders or their highest representatives regularly attend the congress, make speeches, and adopt resolutions.  [See link.]  Mostly they just argue over spheres of influence, and who controls what, but they also make a big show of cooperation and unity.

Catholic envoys from the Vatican, leaders of the Russian-Orthodox and various Protestant churches, powerful Muslim Imams, Jewish leaders, Hindus, Buddhists, Taoists and Zoroastrians, and even a few representatives from aboriginal tribal religions, all come together during these summits to demonstrate their mutual respect and tolerance for one another.   (Except for the Iranians, of course, who refused to even enter the building at the 2009 Congress until after Israeli government representative Shimon Perez had finished speaking!)

Among the comments Shimon Perez made in his speech was this insightful gem:

“I come from the Middle East and therefore I prefer to sit in a pyramid – a better symbol than the Tower of Babel, which stands for people’s inability to understand each other.” [Shimon Perez, 2009 Congress of World Religions][vi]

Other speech excerpts give further insight into the true nature of this peaceful gathering. Nazarbayev himself has spoken of their goal for a “New World Order” several times.

“The current (financial) crisis offers a unique opportunity to realise the dream of a new world order….To pass up such a chance would be inexcusable.”  [Nursultan Nazarbayev – 2009 World Congress of Religions Keynote Address] [vii]

Yes indeed, financial collapse is a good thing, at least according to Nazarbayev and his globalist cronies. It offers an unprecedented opportunity to further guide humanity along the path of its own enslavement. The next Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions will convene in June, 2015.  A Pontifical Council (see previous article) has even called for a new ruling “Global Authority” to manage the world’s financial and natural resources more equitably.  I expect the next Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions will be focused on garnering support for the concept.  Read more about it here.
